Popped in and had breakfast. Huge (3 egg?) omelette. Fluffy and tasty. Best I've had in a cafe. The cabinet food looked good too. Very reasonably priced.

I've now had the best pie in New Zealand courtesy of this cafe. Chicken, cranberry, and brie - all in one pie. Made fresh this morning by the owner. I know cuz I asked, hopefully in a polite manner. Worth the $6.50 Ipaid. BTW, most pies are $5.50. The owner/baker thanked me with a smile and wished me a Happy New Year! Now that's service!

Placed an order for the Taihitian lime shake + cheeseburger, super duper green shake + satay chicken burger. The service was very lovely, with really reasonable prices as well - the student discount was a lovely touch too! The wait time was average, but the food came very well presented. The cheeseburger is something I think everyone would enjoy, and the satay chicken was a touch too salty. The buns were very delicious - sesame buns are my favourite! I really appreciated that the shakes weren't too sweet and it wasn't very big, which made it very delightful to enjoy. The toppings on both the shakes were a great touch. The meringues on the lime shake were amazing! One thing that I was pleasantly surprised about was the reusable straws that were used for the shakes!! Absolutely love the attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this place for a bite to eat if you're ever in the area!

Food was good, a lot of range. price was also reasonable. They could smile a little though. Shop was hot, few flies because door was opened.

Freakshakes were the best milkshakes I've ever had in NZ. Waffles were pretty yum too and not too badly priced
